Historic Media Retrospect with Casey Anthony as Example

I'm posting from 5 years ago not for the case BUT for the argument I'm made about what is truly important and what the media lead you to believe is.If you read it think about Trump and Hillary and maybe Bernie or Ted Cruz and then your own health care and police force and relatives and their kids educations and what you can really do besides being led by the NRA or Big Pharma or AMA or the Oil industry.God didn't make you sheep so don't be sheared

Casey Anthony is not Guilty.Sometimes we forget what the jury system is all about.The main tenant in a murder case is"beyond a shadow of doubt"I have not followed this case that much because I didn't see the reason for all the media coverage.Kids die for sneakers in ghettoes and no one cared when I was younger.I followed the OJ case years ago and the memory of my own jury duty was still fresh in my mind so I was not surprised when he was acquitted.The state did not prove its case.If it doesn't fit,you must acquit !!!

In this case again we are led by the media and told she did it but not being on the jury we don't see what is admissible and what is not.Unless you have served on a Jury its hard to explain the thoughts that go thru your mind.The public is not served with cases like this and the media time and YOUR time is wasted when more important things like "the economy stupid"and 3 wars continue under reported because we seem to think its more important how trash is dished in Florida.

Here in Texas the schools are 49th and the Governor talks of succession and the department of homeland security threatens to halt flights in and out of the state because of pending state legislation to stop TSA agents from groping.

In NY gays can wed but you can't smoke and it may soon be a crime to serve fat food.

In Florida,wetlands continue to disappear while Disney grows.

There are issues in all states but do you know of them all??

Ever wonder why or do you now get why storys such as Casey Anthony get the coverage they do??

It was said "Sports and religion are the Opium of the people"What that really means is divert attention from what is important to what is not and then do what you want to do.

At the end of the day,you never knew Casey or her family and never really will.

However we all get married,went to school and some to war,and smoke and got fat and miss the wilderness.
